Paddy’s Legacy Lives On

Following the senior and reserves matches, the inaugural Patrick Morgan Memorial Medal was presented to the Donald player in each grade judged to have best exemplified the values Patrick Morgan displayed throughout his life and football career.

To be awarded annually at Donald's home fixture against St Arnaud, the medal honours the late former player, dedicated clubman and valued teammate, recognising qualities including commitment, selflessness, loyalty, respect, leadership, consistent effort and an unwavering team-first attitude. Pala Kuma received the senior award, while Ethan Clapham was named the inaugural reserves recipient. Patrick's father, Luke, presented the senior medal, with members of the Morgan family and friends joining both presentations.
