Sunraysia’s Aim: Outrun and Outgun North-Central
Past and present: When researching information about the last time North-Central played Sunraysia at inter-league level, the accompanying photograph of Charlton’s Kim Fitzpatrick, representing North-Central at Mildura, came to light. Tomorrow, Kim will again be involved, jointly coaching the 17-and-under team with Wedderburn’s Sharyn Lockhart. Ironically, Kim’s sister-in-law, and former Charlton netballer, Loretta Thompson, will be coaching Sunraysia’s open netball team. Kim will also be coaching her daughter, Maddison, in the 17-and-under game. And to complete the family connection, Sharyn’s twin daughters, Olivia and Aliza, will both be members of North-Central’s 17-and-under team.
