Houston Street residents are outraged at the senseless vandalism that occurred late on Saturday evening or early Sunday morning, when a number of trees along the naturestrip, stretching from the Donald Memorial Park to the Donald Kindergarten, were snapped off or had branches ripped from them.
One resident called for the perpetrators to be named and shamed, but it is hoped this type of unsocial behaviour can be nipped in the bud before it becomes more prevalent.
Anyone with information as to those involved is asked to contact the Donald Police.
