Donald’s Goodwin Village has commenced building two units – 39 and 40 – in the Richardson Heights area.
These units are on the south side of the main Richardson Heights Road. They are at the southern end of the 60-metre extension to the Road completed in 2023.
Goodwin Village is pleased that local building contractor Onley’s Holdings secured the contract to construct the units.
Much of the work will be subcontracted to local registered builder Dion Hawkes.

There is already a potential resident interested in one of the units and Onley’s Holdings are expecting to complete the building in early Spring 2025.
