A Poignant Reminder on Vietnam Veterans’ Day
While there was no formal service in Birchip on Tuesday, a simple display of wattle on the cenotaph steps, along with the RSL and Australian flags hoisted on the flagpoles at the newly refurbished Memorial Park entrance, provided a poignant reminder of Vietnam Veterans’ Day.
