At the recent Donald Public Cemetery Trust Annual General meeting, Shane O’Shea was elected as chairman, with Rhonda Russell and Helen Sheridan sharing the position of secretary/treasurer.  

They will be taking over from Vivienne Davidson, who has held the secretary position for more than 30 years. 

The Trust thanks Vivienne for all her amazing work and for keeping all trustees up to date with the numerous changes and new regulations that cemeteries have undergone over this time. 

Her effort is greatly appreciated and can be seen in the continued development of the cemetery, the Donald Trust having recently completed the development of a new lawn section, made possible through Vivienne’s hard work in sourcing funds and the workers to complete the project.
